Glenn Crease

Business Manager

We stand to attention when Glenn walks in. Might have something to do with his 25 years in the Army that ensures our shoes are sparkling clean and our manners are as impeccable as our hair! Post Army, Glenn has had extensive experience in the motor industry, working for major plcs and now having joined our privately owned operation, he keeps telling us we're lucky to have him. Who are we to argue? Seriously, he's a legend in his own lifetime and apart from Colonel Adrian, we are his loyal squadron.

Mike Shaw

Corporate Sales Manager

Mike has been with us since 1994 tasked with setting up the fleet business. His style is very much hands-on visiting you at your home or workplace if you can't get to the dealership. Highly motivated and knowledgeable he's a true corporate man. An avid golfer and a Man City supporter - but hey! nobody's perfect!

Gary Williams

Parts Manager

He has motor oil running through his veins. Since leaving college (way back when dark satanic mills pierced the skyline) he has worked in the motor industry apart from a brief stint at a printing company. He’s surrounded by women at home which would explain why he’s such a nice person and the new addition to the family is a caravan called ‘happy’ (it isn’t but we thought that sounded good) and off they all go on their adventures at least once a month come rain or shine. Gary describes himself as a workaholic and he is incapable of doing nothing so he does something... all the time. Whether it’s the TA, his charitable work, keeping fit, being a good friend to all or even fitting in his day job, the man cannot rest. His ultimate retirement plan? To own and manage a campsite ‘some place cool.’ Like Antarctica.

Lyndon Oyaridan

Used Car Sales Manager

We've had a deja vu experience with Lyndon as we used to wave to him in the Group's Citroen dealership across the way and now he sits with us. He started his automotive career with Renault in his home town of Liverpool and worked abroad before joining the best sales team in the world. He is seriously into his keep fit training and has recently run a couple of marathons for charity. When he's not at work, his time is more than occupied with his two young sons and dad's 'taxi service!'

Paul Herriott

Sales Executive

An evacuee of the Mugabe oppression, Paul left Zimbabwe in 2001 and their loss is our gain as he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role. He has a quiet depth of character balanced with a stringent work ethic and oodles of empathy making him perfectly placed for his further remit as an accredited Motability specialist. But watch out - he's an animal on the squash court.

Jane Waddington

Sales Executive

Shes our latest addition to the Toyota team, all boundless energy and tons of automotive experience, gleaned from years working on the manufacturing side at Volkswagen retail, at Dane Chester and recently as a training provider in the education sector. She is a methodical and well organised sales executive, although deeply self-critical and over analytical of the sale processes. She likes walking, travelling, cooking and is a keen gardener and the most important role, a mother of a 21 year old daughter. Over the years she has run a company of 36 girl guides which dear Jane explains so, so much!

Clare Mooney

Handover Specialist

Customer focused and wonderfully organised, Clare has the skills and personality to deliver a fantastic service to customers once they have made their purchase. She is tasked with ensuring that your new purchase is primed and ready for collection or delivery and is on hand to offer advice long after your car has got used to being on your driveway. Originally from Dumbarton, she ventured south for love - the original holiday romance, no more a holiday but still a romance!

Barry Freeman

Sales Executive

Barry’s quiet and measured manner is in direct contrast to the environment he now finds himself in. However he is one of a few secret weapons that we have in our sales arsenal as we develop our team that is just as diverse as our customers. He approaches each task meticulously (must be the accountant in him) and no matter how much we try to provoke him (we’re not really bad just fascinated), his non-reactive temperament shines through. His dog and cat are cheaper than children but just as boisterous and he is happiest spending time with them, his family and friends. He joins a growing number of our staff who are fans of camping and caravanning and his ultimate ambition is one day to purchase a farm in North Wales and run a camping site. Films from his favourites list include Da Vinci Code, Equilibrium and Fast & The Furious. It is therefore no surprise that Barry is a member of a secretive male dominated organisation which dates back 300 years – oh we do love a mystery man!

Julie Parry

Host

We now have our very own drama queen - no disrespect - because our Julie is an accomplished actress, dance teacher and choreographer. She can now entertain our customers with her sparkling personality and her easy manner. She has the uncanny ability to radar in on a customer even when they are not in sight. Spooky but highly effective!

Matthew Morrow

Parts Assistant

Matthew joined us straight out of school, excelled at the Toyota Academy and spends his days honing his skills whilst annoying his boss. He enjoys boxing, motocross and sports cars so he’s active and his social time is spent out with friends and enjoying party games (?) What sort of party we have to ask?! His reading material however extends to the menu at a restaurant, well no wonder what with all that partying! He’s a fan of a certain type of film and lists Rise of the Footsoldier and Goodfellas as top examples. He admires Floyd Mayweather who we all hold in great esteem as the undefeated pro that he is and one day Matthew hopes to emulate the man himself. Now let’s hope that’s not just fighting talk!
